When you join, we map your kids' school calendar, every PD day, minimum day, and break. Then we plan care for the days you will need it, often before you have thought about them. Around your year, not reacting to it.

Then she left, and we were back to the scramble. Twine is what we wished existed, a few trusted people, woven into the calendar, so when school's closed and work isn't, it's already sorted. Ben, an attorney, handles the legal and safety side. I handle everything else, and we know every caregiver on our benches, personally.
