Three caregivers talk in golden light
Careers · South Bay, CA

Be part of what holds.

Every Twine family is held by a bench of three professional caregivers, planned around their school calendar. A real W-2 job, real pay, and families whose kids know your name. One of the three could be you.

Three strands. One strong cord. That's the job.
How the bench works

You're never the only strand.

One of three, always

Each family gets a bench of three caregivers who share the load. Sick day, exam week, your own life. The bench covers you the way you cover them, and nobody guilt-texts you at 6 a.m.

A schedule that fills

We plan around school calendars months out. Half-days, breaks, teacher workdays, all booked well in advance. Your hours are on the calendar in ink.

Kids who know you

You're not a stranger off an app. Same two or three families, every week. You'll know the shoe trick, which one needs a heads-up before it's time to go, and where the snacks live.

The bench mark

"You made the bench" is a sentence you earn.

Not everyone makes the bench, and that's the point. Twine on your resume means a founder sat across from you, called your references, and put her own name behind you. It's a credential, and you earned it.

·In-person interview with a founder
·TrustLine registered & background checked
·References called, every one
·CPR certified

Twine pays for the background screening and TrustLine registration. CPR certification you bring with you, current, like the professional you are.

Pay, in plain numbers

Real pay, on paper.

$28–30 /hour

We're honest about money because you should be able to be. There's no surge math and no mystery fee coming out of your side.

A W-2 job, not a 1099 loophole
You're an employee. Taxes withheld, workers' comp, the paperwork a real job comes with.
Paid on time, every time
Every other Friday, direct deposit. Never "when the family gets around to Venmo."
A schedule that fits your semester
We plan around school calendars, the families' and yours. Busy weeks are known months ahead, booked around your classes, and paid as booked.
A line your resume can carry
Verified professional experience with named families, the kind an ECE or child-development program actually counts. The first bench trains the next one.

"I have seen firsthand how much caregivers give without always getting back what they deserve. Twine is different. At Twine, you are cared for at the same extraordinary level as the care you give. You're known, supported, and paid like the professional you are."
