Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you become a Twine family or join a Twine bench, that relationship is governed by the agreement you sign with us, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
What's ours
Everything on this site belongs to Twine Family Inc.: the Twine name and wordmark, the three-strand splice mark, the bench mark seal, "The week holds.", "You made the bench.", and all of the text, design, photography treatments, and layout. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair-competition law.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or use any of it, including for training machine-learning models, without our written permission. Using our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that you are us, is not allowed.
What this site is, and isn't
This site describes our service. It is not childcare advice, legal advice, or an offer that binds us until we both sign something. We work to keep everything here accurate and current, and we may change the site, our pricing, or these terms at any time. Changes to these terms take effect when posted here with a new date.
What you send us
When you write to us or apply, you're telling us it's true and it's yours to send. We use what you send only as our privacy policy describes.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent California law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits the responsibilities we take on in a signed agreement with a family or a caregiver, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts of Santa Clara County, California.
